Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Currently, Kaawamart Anywhere supports three shipping method types and their business scenarios are as follows:

  • Free Shipping: In this case, there is no charge for shipping costs. This method usually applies when sellers are having a promotion and usually requires a minimum order amount.

  • Fixed Rate: In this case, shipping rates are fixed for the same orders or the same products. If the size and weight of your products are relatively restricted, then you may wish to apply the fixed rate.

  • Rate Based on Weight and Region: In this case, shipping rates vary according to the different order amounts and delivery destinations. If your business covers a wide scope, whether in terms of the type of products or geological areas, then you may prefer this shipping method.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Orders have a processing time of 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, an email will be sent containing the tracking number for the parcel.

How Do I Track My Order?

For most orders, you can track the progress of your delivery from the Kaawamart Web site. Login into kaawamart and select “My Orders”. Links are available to track the shipping for orders that are traceable (some carriers do not provide tracking).
